Our famous Landlubbers mock cruises are renowned for their fantastic menus. A mixture of traditional and themed dishes to really help transport you to each location we visit.

Grilled Pineapple and Bacon Mini Skewers (GF)

Melon with Caramelised Orange and Red Berry Coulis (GF) (Ve)

Volcanic Sorbet (GF) (Ve)

A refreshing orange sorbet with a spike of gin and black raspberry liqueur topped with crushed cinder toffee


Spring Greens and Sugar Snap Peas (GF) (V)

served with cream cheese


Huli Huli Chicken

Chicken thighs in a delicious sweet and sour marinade, grilled and served on a bed of caramelised roast vegetables

Herb Crusted Loin of Pork (GF0)

With fresh ginger and wiltered bok choy, served on crushed roast new potatoes with sea salt and rosemary

Grilled Fire Cracker Salmon (GF)

With pan fried spring onion, toasted pine nuts, and a tasty tangy sauce

Hawaiian Veggie Burger (V)

A grilled black bean patty with pineapple and Swiss cheese in a toasted brioche bun with a caramelised onion relish


All the above dishes are served with the chefs daily selection of potatoes and vegetables
