No holiday is complete without good food, and that should be no different when staying with us. Our restaurant serves breakfasts and evening meals exclusively to residents of the hotel and comes highly recommended by our guests. It
was completely refurbished in January 2014 and is now called Peppercorns – One Floor Below. Even after the full refurbishment, we still maintain and enhance it regularly in the hopes that our many returning guests are still treated
to a fresh dining experience whenever they choose to join us.
Peppercorns is a modern contemporary restaurant located on the lower ground floor, serving amazing breakfasts and dinners with our long-serving head chef Neil Harrison at the helm. Neil has been preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner,
and everything in between for our residents since 1996!
We offer a daily changing table d’hôte menu with a choice of traditional and modern dishes,
together with a great range of breakfast options to get your day off to a great start. You really must try our porridge with whisky, cream and brown sugar or our Welsh pancakes drizzled in maple syrup.
